Open-source video editing API and MCP server: add video, audio, subtitles, stickers, effects and keyframe animation, then generate drafts you can open and keep editing in CapCut or JianYing. Requires running the Python service locally and installing FFmpeg.

Creates and edits local CapCut (JianYing) drafts from the terminal: rough cuts on silence, styled subtitles and multilingual versions, still editable track by track in CapCut. Needs Node 18+ and desktop CapCut; subtitles need Whisper, translation an Anthropic key. No encrypted drafts. Unofficial.
