AWS's official unified CLI for managing EC2, S3, IAM and every other AWS service with one set of commands, with --query (JMESPath) filtering and JSON output that agents can use to inspect and change cloud resources. Run aws configure to set credentials first.

Official AWS MCP to create and manage EKS clusters, deploy apps, manage Kubernetes resources, and read pod logs and events for troubleshooting. Read-only by default; writes need --allow-write and reading logs needs --allow-sensitive-data-access.

AWS's official skills (Agent Toolkit for AWS) covering IAM, CDK/CloudFormation, serverless, containers, observability, cost management and Bedrock, plus service-specific skills. Running AWS operations requires locally configured credentials.

AWS's generally available agent toolkit and plugin marketplace: plugins such as aws-core, aws-agents and aws-data-analytics bundle the AWS MCP Server with evaluated skills for IaC, serverless, containers and billing. Calling AWS APIs requires configured credentials.

AWS Labs' official plugin marketplace: deploy-on-aws (architecture recommendations, cost estimates and IaC deployment), aws-serverless, aws-amplify, databases-on-aws, sagemaker-ai and more. AWS suggests Agent Toolkit for AWS for new projects.

AWS's official plugin for startups: answers AWS Activate credit eligibility and 60+ startup perks, gives architecture and cost advice by funding stage, team size and runway, and plans migrations from GCP, Azure or Heroku. Perk lookups need no AWS account; migrations need your repo.
