Converts text to speech with Microsoft Edge's online TTS service and can generate subtitle files at the same time. No API key needed, with voices for many languages. Not an official Microsoft project and depends on that online service staying available.

Microsoft Teams MCP open-sourced by Inditex: read messages in a set channel, start threads, reply and @mention members, and list members. Requires an Azure app registration and a Teams bot (usually with IT admin help); runs via Docker or Python 3.12 with uv.
