Matt Pocock's engineering skills: /grill-me interrogates requirements to align on intent, then a spec-and-ticket flow, TDD, code review and domain modeling. Small, composable skills, listed in the official Claude Code plugin marketplace.

Anthropic's role-based skill collection covering sales, finance, legal, HR, support, marketing, product, design, operations and data analysis: over a hundred skills you can install one at a time. Works best with CRM, data warehouse and other connectors.

Before writing code, asks questions one at a time to clarify intent, constraints and success criteria, turning a vague idea into a reviewable design; implementation starts only after you approve it. A core Superpowers skill.

Before you build, the agent grills you on your plan or design, offering a recommended answer each round, until every decision branch is resolved. It calls the grilling skill from the same repo, so install both.

Guides users through co-writing proposals, technical specs and decision docs in three stages: gather context, refine section by section, then test with a fresh session that lacks the context to catch what readers won't understand. Official Anthropic skill.

GitHub's official spec-driven development toolkit: the specify CLI sets up spec, plan and task workflows for Copilot, Claude Code, Codex and other agents so the spec comes before the code, plus bug-fix and idea-evaluation flows. Needs Python 3.11+ and uv.

YC office hours skill from gstack: startup mode tests real demand, the narrowest wedge and future fit with six probing questions; builder mode brainstorms side projects, hackathons and open source. Ends with a design doc. Maintained by Garry Tan.

Engineering skill collection spanning define, plan, build, verify, review and ship, with /spec, /plan, /build, /test, /review and /ship commands, including TDD, code review and web performance audits. By Addy Osmani.

For fuzzy requirements: the agent asks one question at a time with its own guess, clarifying users, motivation, success criteria and constraints, and restates the intent for your confirmation before planning. Needs you answering live, so not for unattended runs. From Addy Osmani's agent-skills.

Lightweight spec-driven development CLI: after initializing a project, commands such as /opsx:propose let humans and agents agree on change proposals and specs before coding. Supports Claude Code, Codex and 30+ other tools. Needs Node.js 20.19+.

Agile AI-driven development method: analyst, product manager, UX designer and other role skills turn ideas into product briefs, PRDs and PRFAQs, then split them into tasks for agents. Needs a skills-capable agent such as Claude Code, plus Node.js, Git and uv; then run bmad setup.

Turns a new epic idea into a PRD: problem and goals, personas, user journeys, functional and non-functional requirements, success metrics and out-of-scope items, asking questions when information is missing, saved as Markdown. From GitHub's awesome-copilot collection.

Writes product requirement docs for software and AI features: first asks about the problem, success metrics and constraints, then outputs an executive summary, user stories, technical specs and risk analysis with measurable requirements. From GitHub's awesome-copilot community library.

Turns a feature idea or problem statement into a structured spec or PRD with goals and non-goals, user stories, success metrics and acceptance criteria, and can split large requests into phases. From Anthropic's official product-management plugin.

Product management plugin: writes PRDs from a problem statement, plans and updates roadmaps, generates stakeholder updates, synthesizes user research, and runs competitive analysis and metrics reviews. Official from Anthropic.

Large multi-domain plugin marketplace: 99 plugins bundle hundreds of skills, agents and slash commands covering engineering, marketing, product, project management, regulatory and quality, finance and C-level advisory. Also offers install options for Codex, Gemini CLI and others.

A collection of 380+ skills across engineering, product, marketing, compliance, finance and executive advisory roles, with many standard-library Python scripts. Claude Code can install them by domain as plugins; works with Codex, Gemini CLI and a dozen other agents.

Parses a PRD into a dependency-aware task list so Cursor, Claude Code and other coding agents break it down, implement it and track progress; also works as a CLI. Needs at least one model API key, or reuse a Claude Code or Codex CLI login.

Parses a PRD into a dependency-aware task list so Claude Code, Cursor and other agents pick up the next task in order, split subtasks and update progress. Offers both a CLI and an MCP server. Needs at least one model API key, or reuse a Claude Code or Codex login.

Parses a PRD into a dependency-aware task list with complexity analysis, task breakdown and research; the plugin bundles slash commands, subagents and the MCP server. Needs a model API key, or reuse a Claude Code or Codex CLI login.

Helps turn a fuzzy intention into a concrete, measurable goal before work starts: outcome, verification evidence, success threshold, scope and stop conditions, then creates it with the goal tool (get_goal, create_goal). From OpenAI's official skills repo.

Plugin marketplace for product managers: 9 plugins, 60+ skills and 40+ chained workflows covering product discovery, strategy, PRDs and roadmaps, market research, go-to-market and growth. Installs in both Claude Code and Codex.
