Official Slack (Salesforce) plugin in Anthropic's knowledge work marketplace: connects Slack's hosted MCP to search and send messages, read channels and threads, and manage canvases, with commands for channel digests, standup updates and announcements. Needs workspace admin approval.

Salesforce's official plugin that helps service admins configure Service Cloud web chat, messaging, WhatsApp and Email-to-Case channels, connect Agentforce service agents to them and set up handoff to humans. Needs Salesforce org admin rights, a logged-in Salesforce CLI (sf) and Python.

Salesforce's official skill that sets up Service Cloud Omni-Channel routing from the CLI instead of Setup clicks: agent and supervisor users, queues, presence statuses, permissions and routing flows. Read-only preview; writes only to sandbox, trial or dev orgs. Needs Service Cloud, sf and jq.

Lets agents work with Salesforce orgs authorized on your machine: SOQL queries, metadata deploy and retrieve, Apex test runs and permission set assignment, plus toolsets for LWC development. Maintained by Salesforce; authorize your org with the Salesforce CLI first.

Community-run local Salesforce MCP: query, summarize and update accounts, opportunities and cases in plain language and search across objects; admins can also create custom objects and fields and edit Apex. Needs Salesforce login and security token (or a Connected App) and Node.js 22+.

Salesforce's official hosted MCP servers: after an admin enables them in Setup with an OAuth external client app, agents can query and update CRM records and run Flows under the user's permissions. Needs Enterprise Edition or higher, or a free Developer Edition org. Repo holds docs and Q&A.

Salesforce's official sales plugin (beta): daily briefs, meeting prep and follow-up email drafts, team pipeline reviews, forecast and slipped-deal scenarios, and lead triage, confirming before editing records. Needs Salesforce hosted MCP (admin-enabled) and Slack; email and calendar optional.
