From Harvard Medical School's Zitnik Lab: one MCP connecting 1,000+ scientific tools and databases for drugs and targets, genes and proteins, clinical trials, FDA data and PubMed, for biomedical and drug research. Runs with uv; some sources need API keys; medical conclusions need expert review.

Before tool calls run, blocks destructive Git and file commands (git reset --hard, rm -rf) and access to sensitive files like SSH keys and .env. Parses command semantics, so bash -c wrappers are caught too. Works with Claude Code, Codex and other coding CLIs; needs Node.js 18+.

Recommends daily papers from arXiv and Semantic Scholar by research interest, reads them and writes illustrated Obsidian notes and a paper graph; can also search venues like CVPR and NeurIPS. Needs Python 3, Obsidian, a vault path and an interests config; the web app needs an Anthropic API key.

MathWorks' official server that lets agents start your local MATLAB, write and run scripts and unit tests, and check code style and potential errors, for computing, simulation and data analysis. Needs a licensed MATLAB R2021a+ and the downloaded server binary.

Econometrician Pedro Sant'Anna's academic Claude Code setup (fork the repo to use it): Beamer/Quarto lecture slides, paper review and mock refereeing, R/Python analysis and replication packages, with specialist subagents and quality gates. Needs Git and Python; slides need XeLaTeX and Quarto.

Lets agents drive WinDbg's CDB/KD to analyze crash dumps, debug user-mode processes remotely and debug kernels, and triage many dumps in a batch. Windows only; requires WinDbg or Debugging Tools for Windows.

Uses the Qdrant vector database as a semantic memory layer for agents: store information and retrieve it by meaning, connecting to a remote instance or a local path, with FastEmbed generating embeddings by default. Maintained by Qdrant.

Connects LLMs to ROS and ROS 2 robots: publish and subscribe to topics, call services and actions, set parameters, and read sensor and robot state, without changing robot code. The robot side needs rosbridge running.

Gives agents controlled access to MySQL: list databases and tables, inspect schemas and sample data, and run SQL, with multi-database mode, SSL and SSH tunnels. Configure your own database user, ideally with least privilege.

Connects agents to live Jupyter notebooks: read, write, insert and execute cells and read multimodal outputs like charts, for interactive data analysis. Bring your own JupyterLab or JupyterHub; open source, maintained by Datalayer.

Pulls new papers from Hugging Face Daily Papers and arXiv, scores them by research area into a recommendation page, and writes deep-read Obsidian notes for key ones; can also batch-read Zotero collections. Needs Python 3, Obsidian and poppler; copy the whole skills folder per the README.

LangChain's official skill collection: framework selection, quickstarts, middleware, persistence, human-in-the-loop approval, RAG and eval design across LangChain, LangGraph and Deep Agents, in Python and TypeScript. Also installable as a Claude Code plugin. Still in early development.

The standard machine translation scorer: computes BLEU, chrF and TER with significance tests and downloads public test sets such as WMT, to compare engines or prompts. Needs Python 3.9+ and reference translations; automatic metrics are a rough screen, so final copy still needs human review.

MathWorks' official toolkit for reading, building, modifying and testing Simulink models via the MATLAB MCP server, with skills for control design, Simscape, code generation and compliance checks. Needs licensed MATLAB R2023a+ and Simulink; run the official installer in MATLAB first.

PortSwigger's official Burp Suite extension that lets agents read proxy history, send HTTP requests and create Repeater tabs; with Burp Pro it can also read scan results and use Collaborator. Install from the BApp Store; listens on 127.0.0.1:9876 by default.

Microsoft's official local MCP server for creating and editing Power BI semantic model tables, measures and relationships in natural language, running and validating DAX queries, and bulk renaming and translation. Connects to Power BI Desktop, Fabric or PBIP files; in public preview.

Pre-submission review for CS conference papers (CVPR, ACL, NeurIPS and more): polish, translate or condense on request, or let AI reviewers raise issues and a jury rule on them. Only wording fixes are drafted, with your approval; missing experiments go back to you, never invented. Needs Node.js.

MathWorks' official toolkit: set up the MCP server via the MATLAB installer so agents can run code, run tests and do static checks; domain skill sets for signal processing, controls, statistics and machine learning install as Claude Code plugins. Needs MATLAB R2021a+.

Connects the QGIS desktop GIS to Claude: create and save projects, load vector and raster layers, run Processing toolbox algorithms, export maps and execute PyQGIS code through chat. Needs QGIS 3 and uv; download the repo, copy the plugin into QGIS's plugin folder and start the server.

Turns ComfyUI workflows into MCP tools with no code, covering generation and conversion across text, image, speech and video; works with local ComfyUI or RunningHub in the cloud. Start the server with uvx pixelle and configure an LLM first.

Skills Sentry's engineering team uses itself: code review, bug finding, security review, writing commits and PRs, and iterating on a PR until CI passes. Maintained by Sentry; some skills follow its internal conventions.

Lets agents query Google Ads accounts, campaigns and performance data with GAQL; currently read-only tools only. Maintained by Google; needs Google Cloud credentials and Google Ads API access.

ComfyUI's official CLI: install and launch ComfyUI in one step, manage custom nodes and model downloads, and run image and video workflows, with --json output on every command for agents. Can also submit jobs to paid Comfy Cloud.

Lets agents read and write Google Sheets: list and search spreadsheets, read and batch-update cells, insert rows and columns, create and share sheets and build charts, with the option to enable only some tools to save context. Needs a Google Cloud service account or OAuth credentials.
