WordPress's official CLI: install and update plugins and themes, manage posts and users, import and export content, run database search-replace and configure multisite from the terminal, without opening wp-admin. Requires PHP 7.2.24 or later.

Cloudflare's official Workers CLI: develop and debug Workers locally, deploy them, manage D1, R2, KV and other resources, and tail live logs. Cloudflare recommends installing it per project; requires a Cloudflare account.

Moves files to the trash instead of deleting them, with commands to list, restore and empty trashed files, so anything an agent deletes by mistake can be recovered. Follows the FreeDesktop.org trash spec and shares the trash with GNOME and KDE.

Uses Obsidian's community Local REST API plugin so agents can list, read, search, append to and delete notes, and insert content at a heading, block reference or frontmatter field. Install that plugin and configure its API key first.

Mixedbread's official semantic grep: search code, text, PDFs and images in natural language, and hook it into Claude Code, Codex and other coding agents in one step to cut token use. Requires a Mixedbread sign-in, and files are synced to its cloud index.

Visually compares two PDFs page by page: reports differences via exit code, writes a PDF with differences highlighted, or opens a GUI for side-by-side review. Useful for checking contract or generated-document revisions. No longer actively developed.

Stores agent memory as local Markdown notes that both people and AI can read, write, search and link, and you can open them directly in Obsidian. Local-first, open source and free, with a paid cloud sync option.

Writes or rewrites English docs in the spirit of ASD-STE100 Simplified Technical English: short sentences, active voice, condition before command, one word one meaning, terms defined at first use. Plain mode by default, Strict mode for STE compliance, plus a rule-by-rule check mode.

Hugging Face's official hf CLI: search, download and upload models and datasets, manage repos and storage buckets, and run jobs on Hugging Face's cloud. Output adapts automatically for agents, and hf skills add installs companion skills. Uploads and similar actions need a login.
